Car Seat Recommendation Form

As a CPST with over 15 years of experience, I have worked with almost every car seat and vehicle combination. It also means that I understand how confusing and overwhelming it can be for parents and caregivers to wade through the countless car seats on the market (over 300 and counting) when they need to purchase seats or troubleshoot solutions to unique challenges, like a growing family.

DIRECTIONS to get personalized support with your car seat needs:

1. Complete this form for each vehicle.
2. Submit your $45 payment. Once payment is processed, I will answer your car seat questions and provide recommendations within 2-3 business days.

This form can accommodate up to 3 children in one vehicle (where applicable*). Please submit an additional form should you have another vehicle that needs to be outfitted with car seats, or if you have more than 3 children that need seat recommendations.
