*Gates will open at 1:00PM Saturday for mutton bustin, food vendors are welcome to open early for this crowd but it is not required. Please note on your application if you will be open early.

*Food vendors are expected to be open both Friday and Saturday for the full show times. Vendors are welcome to stay open later than show times Friday and Saturday night and must shut down no later than when Douglas County Rodeo and it's additional events close gates to the public. Removal of food trucks before the end of show time on Saturday will not be permitted. If this occurs, vendor will be asked to not return for future events.

Power: 

Vendors are responsible for providing their own power. Generators must be quiet, free of smell and can be placed in a secure space away from spectators.

Overnight Parking:

Food vendors that will be set up for Friday and Saturday are welcome to leave their food truck/booth set up overnight for convenience if you so choose. There will be NO security through the fairgrounds. Douglas County Rodeo is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 

Health Permit:

Please attach a copy of your Douglas County, Nevada health permit with application. If you do not currently hold a health permit for Douglas County, Nevada, you are responsible for retrieving a temporary health permit through the health department and turning in a copy to [email protected] NO later than August 15th. If a copy of your health permit is not turned in, you will forfeit your space at the Douglas County Rodeo. 

Submission of application does NOT guarantee approval. 

BOOTH SIZE MUST BE ENTIRE FOOTPRINT. If your booth includes a trailer, booth size MUST account from the tongue of trailer to back end AND any drop down gates. Failure to include entire footprint size may result in your booth space being moved to outer perimeter of vendor area.

Terms & Conditions

Please review our terms & conditions below. Failure to abide by listed terms & conditions will result in rejection or removal of vendor space, blacklist for all future events hosted by Triple S Productions LLC and Douglas County Rodeo and vendor space fees will not be refunded.

Terms & conditions are the following:

  • Vendors must stay until the agreed upon time checked off on application. Vehicles must not be moving through the crowds

  • Vendor’s designated space must be clear of trash at all times

  • No food items may be sold unless otherwise noted and approved by Douglas County Rodeo in order to avoid competing with other food vendors

  • Vendors and their employees are expected to act in a professional manner at all times while on the Douglas County Rodeo grounds

  • All vendors must arrive within the listed set up times. If you are not set up in your designated space by the given times, you will forfeit your vendor space

  • Douglas County health permit must be sent in NO later than August 15th, 2025 to [email protected]. Failure to submit your health permit will result in rejection of your vendor space and payment will not be refunded.
