I have read and agree to the Payment and Attendance Policy.

I agree to pay $175 per week for each enrolled child, due Monday and no later than Tuesday, for as long as my child is enrolled. I understand the Enrichment Program art materials fee is $80 per month, billed separately.

I understand tuition is not prorated for days my child does not attend.
