The SCCA is thrilled that you are interested in participating in our Triple Crown Cajun Championship.  This event is hosted by the Southern Cajun Cookoff Association (SCCA), a Cajun cook-off league founded by StaleKracker and The Crawfish Critic.

Saturday, November 14: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Event Time:
Saturday, November 14: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (After Party to 2:00 AM Sunday)

Teardown:
After 6:00 PM Saturday (carry-out only β€” no vehicle access)
Or Sunday, November 15 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (vehicle access allowed during this time)

🏒 Exhibitor Booth Options (Space Only)

Booth Size 10x10 $200 - Space only. Bring your own setup.
Booth Size 10x20 $300 - Space only. Bring your own setup.

Important Notes:

  • Vendors must bring their own tent, tables, chairs, and display items.

  • Straight-leg tents only, anchored with sandbags or similar.

  • No electricity provided. You may bring a quiet generator and up to 100 ft. of extension cord.

  • No outside alcohol or water allowed.

  • Coolers permitted for food storage and venue-purchased drinks only.

  • SCCA provides daytime & overnight security, but assumes no liability for theft, injury, or damages.

🚧 Vendor Rules & Regulations

To ensure variety and the best possible experience for attendees, we will be limiting the number of vendors in similar categories to avoid excessive duplication.

  • Setup:

    • Saturday, November 14: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM (vehicle access allowed during this time only)

  • Teardown:

    • After 6:00 PM on Saturday (carry-out only; no vehicle access)

    • Sunday, November 15 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (vehicle access allowed during this time)

  • Vendors must comply with all rules set by the SCCA.

  • Booths should remain open during public hours: 11 AM to 6 PM.

  • No refunds will be issued.

Waiver of Liability

In consideration for accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself and my organizational entity, my heirs, my team members, executors, and administrators, do hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the 3rd Annual SCCA Triple Crown Cajun Championship (the β€œEvent”) along with their representatives, successors, employees, and volunteers for all claims arising from or during the event, including without limitation, all costs, liabilities, judgments, expenses, damages or reasonable attorney fees. I hereby grant full permission to The SCCA, and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, and any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
