HOW OUR EMERGENCY PROCESS WORKS

  • We will always try and contact you first.

  • If we can't get hold of you, we will try your emergency contact.

  • Should neither of you be reachable, we will then contact your Vet and aim to take your pet straight there. 

  • If your Vets can't assist, then our business nominated is Harbour Vets Waterlooville & Havant branches 

  • For ease we recommend that you let your Vet know The Animal Days LTD will be conducting services, so a little side note on the account incase we ever need to phone them, saves time in an emergency.

PET WELFARE

Should your pet not have up to date chipping, if there are any concerns regarding recall: we recommend that you supply a tracker (i.e. apple tag, or Tractive Pet Tracker), during services to ensure that we have a means of locating your pet quickly and safely. 
Please note that due to our licence conditions for both boarding and daycare, we will require evidence of Vaccination records, conducted yearly. If you do not wish to conduct a vaccination, then we suggest you contact your Vets for an anti-body test and provide us a copy so we can sign them off.
