U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations limit the types of investors who can invest with us. The following questionnaire is intended to assist us in validating that you meet suitability requirements for current investments. All information you provide is kept in strict confidence.
Investor classification.
Accredited Investor: Rule 501 of Regulation D indicates that for an individual to be an accredited investor, they must have a net worth of more than $1 million, excluding the value of their primary residence, or they must meet certain annual income benchmarks. Individuals who have made more than $200,000 per year for two years, and with an expectation of continuing to do so qualify as accredited investors. Married persons can be considered accredited if their combined income is at least $300,000 per year.
Sophisticated Investor: Sophisticated investors are investors who have a high net-worth and extensive experience in financial markets.
