I, the undersigned Talent (referred to herein as "I" or "Talent"), in consideration of [Describe consideration, e.g., "my appearance," "one dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration," "promotional copies of the final product," etc.], the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, irrevocably grant to [Your Company/Producer Name] (referred to herein as "Producer"), and its successors, assigns, and licensees, the absolute and unrestricted right and permission to record, photograph, video, and/or audio-record my image, likeness, voice, performance, and/or name (collectively, the "Contribution") as part of the above-named Project.
I grant the Producer the right to use, reproduce, modify, exhibit, distribute, and otherwise exploit the Contribution, in whole or in part, in perpetuity (forever), throughout the universe, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, print, television, film, video, internet, social media, and advertising, for all purposes including commercial purposes, advertising, trade, and promotion.
I acknowledge and agree that the Producer is and shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest, including all copyrights, in the Project and the Contribution. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the use to which it may be applied.
I understand that I will receive [State compensation, e.g., "no monetary compensation beyond the stated consideration," "a fee of [Amount]," "payment in accordance with the separate invoice," etc.] for my participation and the rights granted herein.
I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless the Producer from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may now or hereafter have for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, infringement of copyright or trademark, or any other claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Contribution.
I represent and warrant that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and that I have the full right and authority to enter into this Agreement and grant the rights herein. I understand and agree to the terms of this Release.
