Items to have ready to optimize the integration of your systems:


  • We will need admin access or an admin user created for all software outside of the following items we can integrate directly into the CRM.

  • Logins credentials for any of the following that you, or any team members, use:

    • Gmail or Outlook (email integration)

    • Facebook - Accounts associated with a business page or business manager

    • Instagram -  Accounts associated with a business page or business manager

    • LinkedIn -  Accounts associated with a business page or business manager

    • Google My Business

    • Zoom

    • Payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.net)

    • Shopify

    • TikTok

  • Any personnel(team members) you want added to the CRM, we will need to following:

    • Name

    • Email

    • Phone Number
