We are pleased to inform you that the Standard Fee for renewing your HKMAAC membership for the calendar year of 2026, i.e. 1st January to 31st December 2026, remains at HK$800 for EACH panel of accredited mediators (General / Family).

You may renew your HKMAAC membership for the calendar year of 2026 from the date of this letter until 31st December 2025. Please note that you will be de-registered from the relevant HKMAAC panel(s) if you do not renew your membership for the year of 2026 by 31st December 2025.

If you would return the completed Reply Slip with the relevant fees after 31st December 2025, you may need to pay HKD500 late charge.

I understand that I shall be liable to disciplinary action in accordance with the latest HKMAAC Disciplinary Procedures if I shall commit any misconduct as a mediator or breach any provisions of the Hong Kong Mediation Code.

I have no previous criminal convictions for crimes of dishonesty, violence or misuse of drugs. I have no criminal cases pending against me. I undertake to inform HKMAAC if I were charged with any criminal offences during the time that I am admitted to the HKMAAC as an accredited mediator.

I confirm that there are no disciplinary actions against me by any professional body.

I would adhere to the revised HKMAAC Continuing Professional Development (“CPD”) Criteria , and understand that I will be randomly asked to provide my record of CPD Points attained in the immediate past membership (calendar) year at the next membership renewal exercise.
