Usage Rights: You grant eekoloks® an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute the submitted media for marketing, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes across all platforms.
Originality: You represent and warrant that you are the sole creator of the content, that you own all rights to the media, and that the content does not infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
Content Standards: You agree that the uploaded media does not contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate material, and aligns with the brand values of eekoloks®.
Ownership: While eekoloks® maintains the right to use the content for promotional purposes, you retain the underlying copyright of your work.
Compensation: By submitting, you acknowledge that you are providing this content as part of our agreed-upon influencer collaboration agreement.
