Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Generation and Appointment Setting Specialist with a high ticket sales background to carry out our proven sales process with cold outbound and warm inbound leads from our ads, Facebook and Instagram accounts.


You would work within our corporate messaging account, cold calling leads and following up on warm leads: People who connect with us via our ads, Facebook and Instagram accounts. Your goal would be to communicate on behalf of our company and create an interest for the lead to book a sales call with a member of our sales team. Your earnings would consist of an hourly wage plus bonuses, based on leads that are closed by the sales team.


You will be supported by a rockstar appointment setter/sales development process to qualify deals, book appointments and handle your parts of your admin.


As the first point of contact with prospective customers, the responsibility is on you as to whether they move forward. So if you’re driven by success and up for the challenge of turning leads into sales through education and information, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.


Responsibilities:

- Increase company revenue by turning prospective leads into customers

- Engage in our lead generation strategy on all our social media platforms during scheduled hours

- Create a positive rapport with leads through excellent communications skills

- Maintain a detailed log of prospects, responses and outcomes (we provide tracking sheets)

- Provide insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently

- Represent yourself and our brand in a highly professional manner


Skills requirements:

- High level of experience with Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms

- Experience in sales is preferred

- Experience in customer service is a plus

- Experience in stock option trading is preferred

- Ability to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style

- Attend weekly team meetings

- Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings and morning

- Ability to work individually and as part of a team

- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

- Customer-focused

- Integrity, accountability and passion are essential for this role
