DEPOSIT: I agree to pay a $50+hst for hair appointments and a 50% of the total service for brows and PMU appointments which is a non-refundable deposit to secure my appointment

CANCELLATION: I agree to provide a minimum 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. I understand that my deposit will be forfeited in the event of a cancelation or reschedule after the 48 hour period or a no-show without notice. I you will be required to pay 100% of the cost of my next service upfront before booking with any Doll Me Up Stylist

PHOTO RELEASE AGREEMENT: I grant Doll Me Up Hair & Makeup Services permission to use photos/videos taken during my appointment for marketing purposes. I understand that any content taken is the intellectual property of Doll Me Up Hair & Makeup Services
