
This questionnaire is broken into 5 brief Sections related to growth readiness and should take between 5 and 15 minutes to complete. Upon completion, you will be contacted to provide you with the results of your business' Growth Readiness Assessment.
Note: When answering questions, think about the business as a whole and provide answers which consider the average across all main business areas.
"Vision" is the clear and shared understanding of who we are, how we compete, where we're going and why.
"Rhythm" is the set of pre-planned, predictable and impactful meetings and other touchpoints that keep the team aligned, focused, and achieving the most important things.
"Accountability" ensures every area of the business and individual team member knows exactly what outcomes it needs to produce, and consistently delivers on them.
"Measures" are the most valuable numbers at every level (company, team and individual) that tell us whether the business is doing the right things (leading indicators) and achieving the right outcomes (lagging indicators).
Section 5: PRIORITIES
"Priorities" turn vision into strategy and then tactics by focusing the team, at every level, on the few most important goals that will move the business forward on an annual and quarterly basis.
