Affiliate Agreement Terms
By submitting this form, you agree to the terms of the JRR Marketing Affiliate Program. These terms include the following:
You will earn a recurring commission of 10% of the monthly payments made by referred clients for up to 12 months, starting from the date their subscription begins. Commissions are payable only for clients who remain active subscribers, which means their subscription has not been cancelled or terminated and they have not missed a payment for more than 30 consecutive days. Commissions cease immediately when the client becomes inactive, and no further commissions will be earned after the date of cancellation or inactivity.
To claim your commission, you are required to submit an invoice to JRR Marketing at the start of each billing month, which is defined as the calendar month in which the client’s payment is due. Any invoices submitted more than 90 days after the end of the applicable billing month will not be accepted, and commissions for that period will be forfeited. It is your responsibility to ensure invoices are submitted on time, and late submissions will not be honoured under any circumstances.
JRR Marketing will notify you if a referred client cancels their subscription or becomes inactive. However, in the event you do not receive such notification, it remains your responsibility to contact us to verify the client’s status before submitting any invoices. We encourage affiliates to proactively confirm client status if there are any uncertainties or delays in communication.
You agree to market and promote JRR Marketing’s services in a manner that is both ethical and lawful. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to, misrepresenting the nature or quality of JRR Marketing’s services, making false guarantees or misleading claims to potential clients, sending unsolicited or spam communications, or violating any applicable advertising or anti-spam laws. Any breach of this provision may result in immediate termination of your affiliate status, the forfeiture of any unpaid commissions, and potential legal action depending on the severity of the violation.
JRR Marketing reserves the right to terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice, at which point your affiliate status and participation in the program will end. However, immediate termination without notice may occur if you breach this agreement, engage in unethical or unlawful behaviour, or otherwise violate the terms outlined here. Following termination, unpaid commissions will only be honoured for invoices that cover the last three (3) billing months prior to the termination date, provided these invoices comply with the submission timeline described earlier.
JRR Marketing’s total liability for unpaid commissions is strictly limited to commissions earned within the last three (3) billing cycles prior to a dispute or termination. The company shall not be held responsible for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your participation in the affiliate program. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept these limitations as a condition of your involvement in the program.
