Please carefully review the following information. By digitally signing this form below, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these policies and agree to follow the applicable Event policies and safety guidelines.

ATTENDEE RESPONSIBILITY

Each attendee is responsible for their own participation in the Event and for following reasonable instructions provided by The Heart of God Retreats LLC, venue staff, speakers, volunteers, vendors, and other authorized Event representatives. Attendees are responsible for providing accurate registration information and notifying The Heart of God Retreats LLC of any important changes.Attendees are also responsible for making reasonable decisions regarding their own safety and well-being throughout the Event.

EVENT CHANGES, POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION

The Heart of God Retreats LLC reserves the right to make reasonable changes to an Event, including changes to the schedule, speakers, activities, programming, itinerary, venue, or other Event details when circumstances require.

Every effort will be made to notify registered attendees of significant changes.

If an Event must be postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of The Heart of God Retreats LLC, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closure, public safety concerns, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, The Heart of God Retreats LLC will communicate available options to registered attendees in accordance with the applicable Event policies.

PRAYER MINISTRY AND PERSONAL SAFETY

The Heart of God Retreats LLC's retreats and events may include prayer, worship, altar ministry, laying on of hands, and other Christian ministry activities. Participation in prayer ministry is voluntary.

We understand that individuals may experience prayer and ministry in different ways, including strong emotional, spiritual, or physical responses. Some individuals may become emotional, kneel, sit, become unsteady, or feel as though they may fall during prayer. We respect that individuals may have different experiences during prayer and ministry.

For everyone's safety, The Heart of God Retreats LLC encourages attendees to prioritize their personal safety at all times. If you feel unsteady, believe you may fall, or feel that you are unable to safely remain standing while being prayed for, please have a seat or take whatever reasonable action is necessary to remain safe.

Volunteer “catchers” may be available during certain prayer ministry times; however, a catcher may not be available behind every attendee, and no attendee should assume that someone is positioned behind them or able to catch them. The availability of volunteer catchers is not guaranteed.

If you need assistance, please alert a volunteer, Event representative, or speaker if one is available. However, attendees should not rely on another attendee or volunteer to prevent a fall or injury.

If you feel that you may fall or cannot safely remain standing, you may remain seated. If you would like continued prayer, the speakers or ministry leaders may come to you after the scheduled prayer line has been completed and pray with you while you remain safely seated. Attendees are asked to remain seated during this time and not move or intentionally fall from the chair to the floor.

STRUCTURED PRAYER MINISTRY

To help maintain an organized and safe environment, prayer ministry at the front of the room may be conducted in an organized, row-by-row format.

Attendees will be invited forward beginning with the front row. Once the first group has completed the prayer ministry portion, the next row will be invited forward, and the process will continue until each participating row has had an opportunity to come forward.

This structure is intended to help maintain clear walkways, reduce crowding, allow the prayer ministry to proceed in an orderly manner, and help our volunteers and Event organizers better observe and assist attendees.

IF YOU FEEL UNABLE TO STAND

If you come forward for prayer and feel that you may be unable to safely remain standing, please do not attempt to remain standing simply because you are being prayed over.

You may return to or remain in a chair and continue receiving prayer from a safe seated position at the end of the prayer session.

If you would like additional prayer after the main prayer line has concluded, please remain seated. The speakers or designated ministry leaders may come to you after the main prayer line has been completed and pray with you while you remain safely seated.

For everyone's safety, attendees are asked to remain in their chair during seated prayer and not intentionally move or fall from the chair to the floor. If you feel that you are becoming unsteady or may fall from your chair, please immediately take reasonable action to protect yourself and alert someone nearby.

Our goal is not to interfere with anyone's personal experience during prayer. Rather, these guidelines are intended to provide a safe, peaceful, and organized environment in which everyone can participate.
