By using the DropMyVoice service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the DropMyVoice service.
Description of Service
DropMyVoice is a service that allows you to generate human-sounding, ringless voicemails, and audio SMS VoiceDrops using a text-to-speech (TTS) engine.
These messages are delivered through auto-dialing. To unsubscribe simply reply "Stop" or "Opt-out" and you will be removed from our contact list.
Eligibility
To use the DropMyVoice service, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit card.
Pricing
The DropMyVoice service is available on a subscription basis. The price of your subscription will depend on the plan you choose. For more information on pricing, please visit our pricing page.
Messages for SMS and Ringless VoiceDrops:
You get up to 1000 VoiceDrop messages per month included with your Pro or Enterprise or Access, subscription.
If you go over your 1000 messages, you will be billed at .25 cents per message for every message over the 1000 that was included.
If you think that you may exceed your 1000 included VoiceDrops, you may also pre purchase additional messages in 1000 message increments at a discount (.20 per message).
Usage Restrictions
You agree to use the DropMyVoice service for legal and ethical purposes only. You agree not to use the DropMyVoice service to send spam, harassing, or threatening messages. You also agree not to use the DropMyVoice service to impersonate another person or organization.
Intellectual Property
DropMyVoice owns all intellectual property rights in the DropMyVoice service and website. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the DropMyVoice service for your personal or business use. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer the DropMyVoice service or website.
Limitation of Liability
DropMyVoice is not liable for any damages arising out of the use of the DropMyVoice service. This includes damages for lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.
Termination
DropMyVoice may terminate your subscription at any time for any reason. DropMyVoice will refund any unused portion of your subscription if your subscription is terminated.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and DropMyVoice with respect to the use of the DropMyVoice service and website.
Additional Terms
You agree to pay all monthly subscription fees and agree to pay for all fees related to usage including accidental overage whether intentional or not.DropMyVoice reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. If we make any changes, we will post the new terms and conditions on our website. Your continued use of the DropMyVoice service after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
