I understand that acceptance into MaxTax Plus Training & Software is subject to review. Commission splits, software access, and program eligibility are determined based on experience, production history, PTIN verification, compliance standards, and package selection.

New preparers may begin with an entry-level commission structure. After the first 5 completed and funded returns, commission splits may increase based on performance.

Experienced preparers may qualify for enhanced commission structures, including 60/40 or 70/30 splits, based on PTIN verification and prior-year funded return volume.
