Why be a team rep? Team Reps play an important role in helping create a positive, connected, and supportive team environment throughout the season. They help encourage team bonding, communication, and family involvement while supporting the culture and values of AKGHC. Team Reps help make the season more fun and memorable for athletes and families by organizing optional team activities, celebrations, and support initiatives that bring teams closer together both on and off the competition floor.
