We are looking for a Systems Integrator to join our team! The ideal candidate is technically sharp, detail-oriented, and excited about building automations and integrations that help businesses scale.

Responsibilities:

Build client automations in Make, Zapier and n8n across complex multi-system workflows.
Set up databases that track data accurately at scale.
Implement integrations between platforms (CRMs, payment processors, data tools, communication tools).
Configure, optimize, and document workflows so they hold up at scale.
Monitor assigned automations, troubleshoot issues, and ship improvements.
Maintain clear documentation of every system you build or touch.
Contribute to team knowledge through standups, peer reviews, and shared best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience building automations or integrations in Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working across multiple client platforms (CRMs like GoHighLevel, Close; payment processors; data tools like Airtable and Supabase).
Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and data flow logic.
Excellent written communication for documentation and team collaboration.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp) and Google Workspace.
Comfortable working across multiple timezones.
