A 5 day notice is required for all membership holds.
You may pause your membership from 4 weeks to 12 weeks at a time.
You may not pause your membership longer than 12 weeks in a single calendar year.
Your original agreement will be extended by the amount of time of the membership hold. If you chose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard 2 week cancellation notice requirement stated in your membership agreement is applicable.
