Eventually everyone runs into a customer who keeps complaining no matter what you do and you already tried it all. How would you deal with situations like this when they occur? (Example: A tub has a stain from many years that isn't cleanable, and you have shown it to customer that it won't come off, but for some reason client is still not convinced and appears to be unhappy). What is your next step?
Looking For: Empathy, calm explanation, professionalism, willingness to involve team lead or office appropriately. No arguing or defensiveness.

Mileage is reimbursed. Trips that get reimbursed are those between one job and another. Going to first job is going to work. Coming home from last job is simply going home from work and not reimbursable.

Important things about the job (Operations Manager may have already shared some of these)
We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment,
Polo shirt and apron will be provided.
When working with a teammate, the pay will get split based on time spent on the job. (if teammate arrives late, they will earn less)
You will be accessing your schedule on your phone and will be going directly to clients homes. No need to come to office daily.
Your are required to come to office once per week to turn any payments in, replenish supplies, pickup clean towels, and drop off dirty ones. And have some snacks on us! :)
A day prior to coming into office you will fill out a supply replenishment form
After training and when you are ready to do solo jobs, you will do 2-3 homes per day depending on home size (occasional deep cleans with teammates)
Most of our Cleaning technicians average $26 per hour (but that can take a few months to get there). Each week you will be more efficient and it will reflect in your pay.
