We do not charge this card prior to your reservation, but we will pre-authorize it 24-48 hrs in advance for parties larger than 6 people.
Failure to provide an active credit card # will forfeit your reservation.
- The card on file will be charged ONLY in the event any member of your party does not show up at the requested reservation time, or you cancel after 10 AM the day of your reservation. (After 11am for Sunday reservations).
- If unable to make it and you have reached the cutoff time, you may change your Afternoon Tea from in-store dining to an Afternoon Tea To-Go at no additional charge. Your food must be picked up the same day.
- The card will be charged the amount of the original reservation (Per person charge plus tax) upon cancelation after the cutoff.
- Gift Cards can be used to pay for an Afternoon tea however we still require a credit card upon booking
Afternoon Tea 20% Gratuity Policy:
- To maintain the exceptional standard of service that we pride ourselves on, we have implemented a 20% automatic gratuity for all afternoon teas.
