Requests made after 4pm for the next day are not guaranteed. As well as requests for reservations made on the same day must be followed up with a phone call to the tea room to confirm.
A Credit card is required to book your reservation and a deposit of $10 per person will be charged to parties of 9 or more.
Failure to provide an active credit card # will forfeit your reservation.
- The card on file will be charged for each Afternoon Tea ONLY in the event any member of your party does not show up at the requested reservation time, or you cancel after 10 AM the day of your reservation. (After 11am for Sunday reservations).
- If unable to make your reservation and you have reached the cutoff time, you may change your Afternoon Tea from in-store dining to an Afternoon Tea To-Go at no additional charge. Your food must be picked up the same day.
- Your card will be charged the amount of the original reservation ($47/person charge plus tax) upon cancelation after the cutoff.
- Gift Cards can be used to pay for an Afternoon tea however we still require a credit card upon booking
Afternoon Tea 20% Gratuity Policy:
- To maintain the exceptional standard of service that we pride ourselves on, we have implemented a 20% automatic gratuity for all afternoon teas.

$10/person deposit for parties of 9 or more. At the time of final bill your deposit will be applied. Please note we do not offer individual checks on parties of 9 or more.

Failure to provide an active credit card # will forfeit your reservation.

Please bring a form of payment (credit or cash) with you.

Cancellations MUST be made by 10 AM the day of your reservation or before. If you cancel after 10 am or do not show, we will charge your card for the full amount of the final bill based on your reserved head count (minus the deposit amount). You are then able to pick up your food by the end of the day.
