I, the above-signed guest of Takemusu Aikido of Sebastopol, LLC ("School"), understand that Aikido involves strenuous physical activity and close personal contact. I acknowledge that participation carries risk of injury, and that any insurance carried by the School may not cover such injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks and release the School, its instructors, employees, volunteers, agents, lessors, and the owners of the premises from any and all liability, including attorney’s fees, for injuries or damages arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence. I certify that I am in good health and am fit to train. I agree to follow all rules and instructions for both my safety as well as the safety of others. I grant the School permission to use photos, video, or recordings of me for educational or promotional purposes. This release is governed by California law, and if any part is found invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
