Below are the choices for standard materials included in the purchase of your Phoenix Key condo. Upgrades are available at the bottom of the survey.
This survey can be completed one of two ways:
If you intend to use all standard materials, you can use this form to send us all of your selections. Please leave any questions in the Notes section, and include your best contact information. Once we receive your selections, we will do a follow up call to make sure everything is complete and answer any questions you may have.
If you intend to upgrade aspects of your unit, please use this as a pre-meeting form. We will not hold you to any selections, but you can indicate interest in any of the standard items you like. This will give us some ground work that will streamline your in-person meeting.

Cabinets have a modern slab door with paint finish. Vanity cabinets in all bathrooms are wall mounted. Units also come with lower cabinets at the wet bar, and storage cabinets in the laundry room. A variety of hardware is available for selection. Other door styles, colors, and cabinet accessories are available as an upgrade from Designer's Choice.
Units are painted with Sherwin Williams Cashmere line in a Matte finish. The trim color and the ceiling color are Pure White. Other finishes are available as an upgrade.
