Pricing & Property Condition:

All service pricing is subject to change based on the condition of the property. Excessive buildup, neglected areas, or additional labor required beyond standard cleaning services may result in revised pricing. A final quote will be provided after an initial assessment.


Move-Out Cleaning Fees:

Move-out cleanings require all personal items to be removed before service. Any garbage, furniture, or debris left behind will be subject to a minimum disposal fee of $250, in addition to the cleaning service cost. Large or excessive waste removal may incur additional charges.


Service Limitations & Expectations:

  • Our team is trained to clean with the highest level of care; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or wear and tear that cannot be remedied by cleaning.

  • We do not move heavy furniture or appliances unless pre-arranged and approved.

  • Any hazardous materials, biohazards, or pest infestations must be disclosed before service and may result in cancellation or additional charges.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

To ensure seamless scheduling, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50.


Access & Security:

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. If our team is unable to enter at the scheduled time due to locked doors or other access issues, a lockout fee may apply.
