Entry Qualifications:

I understand that entry in the ELITE REMODEL CONTEST only applies to clients who have had a Site Visit ($375), and have signed the ELITE Design Studio Project Retainer.
I have a renovation budget of at least $100K to complete my full kitchen remodel, $70K to complete my full bathroom remodel, or $300K to complete my full home remodel. (Final estimated amounts include design, materials & construction services).
I understand prizes are to be used toward full kitchen, bath or home remodels. They cannot be used for partial remodels.
I am the homeowner and decision maker.
I understand that I must be present at the live ELITE 2026 Contest Winner Reveal event on Thursday, November 5th at 5:30 PM. I may send an adult proxy (Min. 18 years old) to represent me at the event in my absence. (Accommodations can be made for persons with disabilities).
If I want to do a full bathroom remodel, I’m ready to start the process of my remodel by or before December 31, 2026.
If I want to do a full Kitchen remodel, I’m ready to start the process of my remodel by or before January 31, 2027.
If I want to do a full home remodel, I’m ready to start the process of my remodel by or before February 28, 2027.
I agree to have ELITE Design Studio be the only design company and ELITE Remodels be the only construction company engaged for the renovation with the prizes received.
I agree to schedule the next step of my remodel by October 29th.
I understand that this offer cannot be combined with other offers provided by ELITE Remodels.
