We're looking for our next A player senior media buyer to join our team where compensation aligns with performance driven.
The senior media buyer will be eligible for Profit Share on all offers they lead and manage and is the perfect fit for a performance-driven Senior Media Buyer, who is very confident in their skills and ability to scale as this is a commission-based, high growth role.
It is not uncommon for media buyers to make $20k+ per month on our team. The better you are, the more you will earn.
This is what the Senior Buyer role requires:
Campaign setup and strategy: Create and launch ad campaigns, define objectives and set budgets and bidding strategies. Work with publishing partners to setup tracking and ensure 100% accuracy of tracking
Creative strategy: Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad concepts aligned with campaign objectives.
Audience targeting: Research and define the right audience using demographic, interest, and behavioral data, and create custom or lookalike audiences.
Ad creation and optimization: Write compelling ad copy, select or design high-performing ad creatives, and conduct A/B testing on different elements to improve effectiveness.
Performance monitoring: Track key metrics such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Cost Per Purchase diligently. Conduct beginning, middle and end of day check-ins on accounts to monitor performance 7 days a week.
Data-driven adjustments: Analyze campaign performance and use data insights to make real-time adjustments to targeting, bidding, and creatives to improve results.
Reporting: Generate reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Update all performance reports on a daily basis in order to track performance, profit vs loss
Budget management: Manage ad spend efficiently to ensure the best possible return on investment.
Communications: Be available and responsive on Slack during weekdays 9am - 6pm ET with maximum same day response time with team via Slack
Compensation: $150k-$250k+ | Varies pending individuals performance. Role is eligible for 20% profit share on offers managed. It is not uncommon for media buyers to make $20k+ per month on our team. The better you are, the more you will earn.
