A yoga mat, eye mask, and blanket will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own.

No food is provided. Please eat a light lunch before you arrive, since breathwork usually begins around the third hour. If you tend to feel lightheaded when you go a few hours without eating, bring a light snack for the break.

Please Note:
To honor our space and make sure everyone who wants to join can be accommodated, we ask that you reserve your seat by paying in advance. You can pay in full or reserve with a 50% down payment and pay the balance in cash or by transfer at the event.

In the past, some booked without paying and didn’t attend, which meant another eager soul missed the chance to join. We understand emergencies happen. If so, just let us know.

All payments are non refundable, but you can transfer your seat to someone else or apply your payment toward a future HealPinas event, one time only.
