Description

Join us for a compassionate and insightful conversation on understanding and managing caregiver burnout with licensed professional counselor Salma Abugideiri.

This in-person session at the Mozaic Center offers a safe and supportive space to reflect on the challenges of caregiving, recognize the signs of burnout, explore healthy coping strategies, and reconnect with faith and community for

strength.

Why This Matters
Caring for loved ones is an act of love and sacrifice, but it can also leave us feeling drained—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Too often, caregivers suffer in silence, neglecting their own well-being while shouldering heavy responsibilities. By addressing burnout openly, we can find ways to restore balance, strengthen relationships, and protect our health. Whether you are currently caregiving, have done so in the past, or want to better support caregivers in your life, this event offers practical tools, guidance, and connection.
