I understand and agree that White Hat Matt does not refund for the following reasons:

• The lead was not responsive to phone calls, emails, or other methods of communication.

• The lead was not willing or able to purchase your product or services.

• The lead was looking for a product or service you don’t offer.

• The lead was not close enough in proximity to service, but still fell within the counties you have defined to us as service areas.

• You received a lead, but no charge for the lead ever occurred (we can't refund a charge that didn't happen.)

• The lead was otherwise disqualified, but you chose to pursue the lead anyways.
