I understand and agree that White Hat Matt does not refund for the following reasons:
The lead was not responsive to phone calls, emails, or other methods of communication.
The lead was not willing or able to purchase your product or services.
The lead was looking for a product or service you don’t offer.
The lead was not close enough in proximity to service, but still fell within the counties you have defined to us as service areas.
You received a lead, but no charge for the lead ever occurred (we can't refund a charge that didn't happen.)
The lead was otherwise disqualified, but you chose to pursue the lead anyways.
