I agree to the NO cancellations policy in the terms and conditions policy of this service, this is inclusive of medical reasoning. I understand that I cannot end my contract until I have reached the minimum term stated.

I understand that this is an exclusive capped service and there will be no approval of early exits from the program for any reasons.
