You Understand:

• That the lead site is the copyrighted property of 99 Calls. If services are canceled 99 Calls retains ownership of the site.

• It may take a couple of weeks to begin receiving LSA leads.

• PPC leads generally begin faster, within a couple of weeks or so.

• All new accounts undergo bid strategy learning which takes about a week or so. Clicks tend to be more expensive during this time.

• We are continually adjusting accounts for optimal performance especially during the first few weeks to set them up for success.

You Will:

• Complete a short questionnaire about your business that will be used to further customize and optimize the lead site.

• Send photos & testimonials (preferably every 4-8 weeks)

• With our assistance, work to obtain more favorable reviews from your customers

Initial Payment

• Your initial payment covers the set up of the Google Guaranteed (LSA) campaign, PPC campaign, and site. This initial payment is nonrefundable because it is used immediately to build and customize your campaign and site.

Monthly Fees

• For PPC: • You will be billed a monthly service fee of $249 or 15% of your budget, whichever is greater.

• For LSA: You will be billed a monthly service fee of $149.

• Failure to pay an invoice on either service can result in suspension of all services.

• Your budget will be billed directly by Google.

IMPORTANT:

Although we are diligently managing your account to try and get the best results possible, 99 Calls does not and cannot guarantee a specific lead volume. Please note that we are also not able to generate leads of a specific size or frequency. If you believe this might be an issue moving forward, please contact your lead specialist to discuss.

Google has the right to suspend any account that they feel violates their policies. When signing up for Google Ads lead generation with 99 Calls, you should ensure:

• You have not violated ANY of Google’s policies in any previous or existing accounts

• You do not currently have any other campaigns running

• No money is owed to Google on any previous or existing accounts

• You have NEVER disputed any charges from Google

If you believe that you may have violated Google’s guidelines at any time, please contact your lead specialist ASAP to discuss.

Cancellation of Service

Either party may cancel at any time with written notice (email). No contract is required. Should we part ways, you may retain ownership of the business listings that are built and managed by 99 Calls. Your 99 Calls website will be turned off upon termination of service. There may be a fee to reinstate your account depending on the length of time it was offline.

99 Calls reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for any unpaid balances related to services rendered under this agreement.
