I understand that my $25 booth fee must be paid immediately or I may forfeit my spot to the next business in line.

I understand that I must be onsite for vendor load in and booth setup at 10 am on Saturday, September 12.

I understand that the event goes until 6:00 pm, I as a Vendor am required to stay for the full duration of the event, and vendor load out and booth tear down does begin until the event has ended.

I understand that I am responsible for all items needed to operate my booth including having signage, products, necessary staffing, and a method of accepting payments.

I will bring my own tablecloths.

I will bring my own 10x10 tent.

I will bring my own tent weights weighing at least 40 lbs on each leg.

I will bring my own table(s).

I will bring my own chair(s).

I understand that if I need electricity or a generator for my booth, I am in charge of bringing my own supplies.

I understand that Welcoming Week Organisers are not responsible for how much money my booth makes during the event and I will participate in advertising for the event to make it a success.

If I am accepted as a food vendor, I agree to submit valid state, city, and county permits and licensing upon acceptance, as well as bring documents with me to the event.

If I am accepted as a food vendor, I understand that inspections by Salt Lake County Health Department may be conducted and if I am not in compliance, they will require me to close my booth and leave the premises, and I may be subject to applicable fines.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions and participating in the International Business Market at Welcoming Week, I acknowledge and agree that Beloved Community, Salt Lake County, Salt Lake City, and/or South Salt Lake City are not responsible or liable for any claims, damages, or causes of action, whether known or unknown arising from or related to any harm, injury, or property at the event.

I understand that by participating in the International Business Market at Welcoming Week, my business information may be included in future business directories aimed to highlight immigrant owned entrepreneurs and businesses as well as in future marketing and social media by Welcoming Week Organisers.
