Attendance Rate: $467.25 (1:2 Rate) or $801 (1:1 Rate) + mileage at approx. $20 per participant

Get ready for a day packed with excitement and fun! We’ll start with laser tag battles and arcade games, and bowling with lunch at KingPin Chermside. This outing encourages teamwork, coordination, and social connection while building confidence and resilience in a safe, supportive environment.

Entry and lunch are included. Participants are welcome to bring extra spending money for optional extra games, snacks, or drinks.

Pick up & drop off: Petrie Water Mill Meeting Point

🚗 Door-to-door pick up and drop off can also be arranged.

Risk Details

Laser Tag & Arcade Risks

Slips, trips, or falls on dark or uneven surfaces in laser tag arena

Collision with other players or obstacles during gameplay

Sensory overload from flashing lights, loud noises, or crowds

Emotional distress or overstimulation from competitive play

Electrical or equipment faults in arcade machines

Minor injuries from tripping, bumping, or falling

Getting lost or separated in busy arcade areas

Maintain 1:1 or 1:2 staff-to-participant ratios based on individual needs

Ensure all participants are supervised during transitions between venues and activities

Encourage the use of comfortable, non-slip footwear and appropriate clothing

Provide sunscreen, hats, hydration, and rest breaks throughout the day

Staff to carry first-aid kits, emergency contact details, and communication devices

Assign buddies or small groups to prevent separation in large venues

Monitor for signs of fatigue, overheating, or distress

Support participants who experience sensory overload by offering quiet or low-stimulus breaks

Pre-check venues for accessibility and sensory considerations

Ensure food safety and check for any participant allergies before purchasing or preparing meals
