Chaperone ratios are 1:3 for PreK-K, 1:4 for elementary, 1:6 for middle school, and 1:8 for high school
A 20% deposit is required at least two weeks prior to the scheduled visit
Requests made within two weeks require full payment 48 hours in advance
The Museum does not schedule workshops on Free Tuesdays
Groups wanting to visit on a Free Tuesday must have their time slot verified before they are confirmed.
