Fit n Nourish Online Fitness Coaching Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By enrolling in the Fit n Nourish (FNN) online fitness coaching program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Eligibility and Health Disclaimer


- Not a Substitute for Medical Treatment: This program is not intended to treat or diagnose eating disorders or serious mental health conditions.
- Consultation Required: If you have a current or recent eating disorder, or experience significant anxiety regarding food, tracking, or exercise, you must consult with a qualified healthcare professional (doctor, dietitian, or mental health specialist) prior to joining.
- Responsibility for Health: By participating, you acknowledge that you understand the scope of this program and accept responsibility for seeking appropriate medical and psychological support as necessary.

3. Commitment and Cancellation Policy


- Minimum Commitment: A minimum commitment of 12 weeks at $65.00 per week is required to fully engage with the program and achieve optimal results.
- Payment Terms: Payments will continue on a rolling basis following the initial 12-week period.
- Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 2 weeks’ written notice is required to cancel your enrolment after the initial 12-week commitment.
