The Legacy Storybook

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT & CONFIDENTIALITY CONTRACT

This agreement applies to all participants of The Legacy Storybook Cohort beginning April 1, 2026.

1) No Refunds

This is a live, limited-capacity program. All payments are final and non-refundable.

If you miss a live call, you will have access to session replays.

Replay access will remain available for 5 months after the final session and will then expire.

2) Confidentiality (NDA)

Personal experiences, family stories, book concepts, titles, drafts, characters, and emotional processing shared in the cohort are private.

You may NOT share, reference, reproduce, adapt, borrow, or retell the content or stories of other participants.

This confidentiality agreement remains in effect permanently after the program ends.

3) Intellectual Property Protection

All teaching methods, story development frameworks, page layout processes, and materials shared in the cohort are the intellectual property of Baby Prep LLC (Sleep Trifecta System™).

You may NOT:

• Teach this method

• Create a program based on this method

• Share recordings or materials

• Use this curriculum in your own business

4) Participation Responsibility

Your results depend on your time, participation, and willingness to follow through. No publishing, income, timeline, or creative outcomes are guaranteed.

5) Agreement

By submitting this form and completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms of this contract.

6. Media, Testimonial & Story Use Release

Student agrees that Baby Prep LLC may use:

  • Written feedback

  • Chat messages

  • Emails expressing wins or reflections

  • Before/after progress descriptions

  • Screenshots of messages or breakthroughs

  • Audio or video clips shared in cohort spaces

  • Photographs or images voluntarily shared in the group

for the purposes of program celebration, inspiration, teaching, and marketing.

Company may edit, reproduce, publish, or distribute such material in any format, including but not limited to:

  • Social media

  • Email marketing

  • Sales pages

  • Training materials

  • Testimonials

  • Workshops

  • Future cohort promotions
