We are looking for a Triager to join our team! As a Triager, you will be responsible for confirming booked calls, qualifying prospects over the phone, and handing off qualified leads to our Sales Team with full context. You'll be the gatekeeper protecting the closer's calendar, making sure every call on it is confirmed, qualified, and ready to convert.
Responsibilities:
Confirming every booked sales appointment on the calendar to reduce no-shows.
Conducting triage calls to qualify prospects over the phone using a defined qualification framework.
Handing qualified prospects to the sales team with sharp context (what they want, their objections, what matters to them).
Disqualifying bad-fit prospects before they reach the closer.
Staying organized and keeping the CRM current with accurate dispositions and notes.
Making efforts to increase company revenues and hit targets through high show rates and accurate qualification.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and teachable attitude
Strong time-management and number-driven
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Confident on the phone with a clear, professional speaking voice
Familiarity with CRM tools and high-ticket sales best practices
Prior high-ticket sales or qualification experience preferred
Salary:
Competitive, performance-based, proportional to experience and qualifications. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
