Free Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the CarFest Free Prize Draw, jointly promoted by AutoRaise, debra, and ben. By entering, you agree to be bound by them.

The free prize draw is organised and promoted by:

Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

  • Only one entry per person.

  • Employees or trustees of the participating charities (and their immediate families) are not eligible to enter.

Entry Details

No purchase or donation is necessary.

  • To enter, complete the online form above before the closing date.

  • The draw closes on Friday 15th August . Late entries will not be accepted.

  • Incomplete entries may be disqualified.

The Prize

Three winners will each receive 2 x day tickets to CarFest, taking place on 22nd-24th August.

  • Tickets include general admission and standard festival access.

  • Travel, accommodation, food, and additional expenses are not included.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winners Selection

The winners will be announced on Monday 18th August

  • The draw will be conducted by a representative of the participating charities using a fair and secure method.

  • The winners will be contacted via email and/or phone within 3 working days.

  • If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of notification, an alternate winner will be drawn.

Publicity

With consent, the winner’s first name and town may be announced on the charities’ social media and websites.

Data Protection

Personal data submitted will only be used to administer the prize draw.

  • Data will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing unless explicit consent is given.

General

  • The participating charities reserve the right to amend or cancel the prize draw if necessary.

  • This draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
