This agreement made between Multifamily Movement, LLC and the customer as signed below is intentionally written in plain language to ensure understanding of our policies and mutual expectations.

1. There is a 72-hour, 5% course consumption limit on refund requests. From the time of your enrollment/initial payment, you have 72 hours AND/OR up to completion of 5% of any program whichever comes first, to request a refund.
   
   

   1. Example: If you join at 10:00 am on the first of the month, you will have until 10:00 am on the 4th day of the month to request a refund. However, if you request a refund on the fourth day of enrollment and have already completed 6% or more of any portion or combination of the course content, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
      
      

   2. By signing this agreement, you agree to not dispute or initiate a chargeback on payments made for which you are not eligible for a refund.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation requests must be made at least 3 business days before your next charge to ensure your request is processed before you are charged again. No refunds will be given for charges that occurred prior to your cancellation request being submitted.
