By filling out this form you are committing to our Half Year Aerial Silks Performance Team. Performance teams will begin their practices the week of Jan 4th - this session goes through the end of June with 3 performances and an end of session banquet. This 6 month team is $245 + your monthly tuition. By submitting this form you are making your first payment of $50 towards that $245 total.
