Terms & Conditions

I understand that membership change requests must be submitted at least 72 business hours before my next billing date. Requests submitted after that time may not take effect until the following billing cycle.
I understand that membership freezes incur a $25 freeze fee. Additionally, I can only freeze my membership once per year.
I understand that when my freeze ends, my membership will automatically resume under my previous membership agreement and billing schedule.
understand that if I cancel or change my membership and later wish to return to a previous membership type, I will be subject to the current membership rates at the time I re-enroll and will not be eligible for my previous rate.
I understand that if I terminate my membership and am away from The Vent for six (6) months or longer, I will be required to complete a minimum of one Foundations private session, with additional sessions recommended if needed based on my coach's assessment, to help ensure my readiness and safety.
