Dedicated Hands is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting individuals and families in need by providing essential resources such as meals for the homeless, clothing and diapers for mothers, school supplies for students, and employment support for those facing hardships.

We are excited to share that AT&T Stadium has chosen Dedicated Hands to partner with them in giving back to the community through special events and opportunities.

We are now hiring Community Service Workers and Paid Volunteers to join us in making a difference while working at the stadium.

✅ Paid Volunteer Positions $50.00-85.00 per day!

✅ Community Service Opportunities (for those needing verified hours will not get paid)

Please read the following carefully before proceeding:

  • Volunteer must be at least 16 years old.

  • Start & Schedule: This opportunity is throughout the whole year.

  • You will be working in Dallas Cowboys games, concerts, and other events taking place at AT&T Stadium.

  • Most workdays will be on Saturdays and/or Sundays, but some events may require both days and weekdays.

If selected, you will receive a full schedule and will let us know which dates you’re available to work.

  • Dress Code: White shirt, black pants (no tights/leggings), and black closed-toe shoes (NO Crocs)., please

  •  Payment Timeline: If you are selected for a paid rolebe aware that payment can take 15 days to process ONLY the first time you work. There after that will be a week from when you work or immediate. 

    You will be paid by Dedicated Hands.

  • No-Show or Termination Policy: If you are terminated or dismissed for any reason on the day of your shift, you will not receive payment for that day.

  • Transportation: You must have reliable transportation to and from AT&T Stadium

  • Certifications Required: An FDA Food Handler Certificate is required for all workers. A TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) Certification is also required for workers age 25 and older.

There is no exception to these requirements.

If you are selected, Dedicated Hands will provide instructions and assist with the certification process. Neither test is free.
