Golf Cart Rental Waiver

Agreement between Hastings Home Ventures (Owner) and the renter regarding golf cart rental terms, risks, and liability.

Acknowledgment of Risk: The Renter acknowledges that operating a golf cart involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury, death, and property damage.

General Rules: Renters must abide by all local traffic laws, operate the cart only within designated areas, drive responsibly, and ensure that only licensed operators aged 25 or older use the cart.

Damage Responsibility: The Renter accepts full responsibility for any damage to the golf cart during the rental period.

Indemnification: The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hastings Home Ventures from any claims arising from use of the cart.

Release of Liability: By agreeing below, the Renter releases Hastings Home Ventures from all liability for injuries, damages, or losses, and assumes full liability for use of the golf cart.

Governing Law: This agreement is governed by Florida law, with disputes resolved in Sumter County, Florida.
