Handling Stress with Tools Workshop

Tuesday, March 3rd, 6:30pm via Zoom

This supportive workshop gives parents practical tools to manage stress and protect their well-being without pressure or judgment. You'll learn simple realistic ways to manage stress, how stress affects your body and mind, and signs of burnout and anxiety. You'll also learn tools for emotional regulation, journaling and self-reflection techniques, and strategies to reduce guilt and stop feeling like you're "not doing enough."

This workshop will be lead by Sherrie Jackson, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families—from ages 6 to 92. She is currently in her 18th year as a Grade Level Social Worker at The Opportunity Charter School, where she is deeply committed to student well-being, family partnership, and whole-child support.
