Approved affiliates earn a flat rate on each Arizona Smarte Water product sold through their unique referral link.

Enrollment:

• Complete the Affiliate Form on our website.

• Use only official Arizona Smarte Water materials.

• Approval is at our discretion.

Products:

Affiliates may sell Arizona Smarte Water products. Sales exclude installation, labor, and extra parts. Affiliates may not perform installations unless licensed and trained to do so.

Affiliate Duties:

• Promote ethically and honestly.

• Use only Arizona Smarte Water branding and products.

• Follow FTC disclosure rules when sharing affiliate links.

Payments:

• Flat-rate commission per product sold (amount to be specified).

• Paid monthly, within 15 days after month-end. We will need a W-9 filled out and signed for payment.

• Sales must be completed and paid in full.

Prohibited Actions:

No misleading ads, altered branding, unauthorized discounts. Violations may terminate participation and forfeit commissions.

Term & Termination:

Either party may end participation at any time with notice. Verified commissions will be paid in the next cycle.

Status:

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or agents.
