Specific Terms for Each Package

FIRST YEAR PREPARER

Tier 1: 60/40 split : membership includes tax software access, an automated marketing system, branded flyers and content, marketing tools and resources, and one year of access to the Opulence Tax Academy community. You’ll also receive weekly live training, mentorship, group coaching, tax law and software training, six-figure marketing strategies, social media and digital product training, PTIN application assistance, due diligence and compliance training, essential client forms, client incentives, and access to tax refund advance options.

EXPERIENCED PREPARERS

Tier 2 : 70/30 Receives Tier 1 benefits but receives a higher revenue split and have at least worked one full tax season.

This package is designed for tax professionals who wish to operate under the Opulence Financial Solutions brand while receiving professional guidance, training, and ongoing support. Each tax return will be thoroughly reviewed for accuracy and compliance before submission.

Tier 3: 70/30 split: proof of at least 10 clients required; includes Tier 1 and 2 benefits., business setup, mentorship, business growth strategies ,business automations, credit repair perks.

This package is designed for tax professionals who want to establish and operate their own independently branded tax preparation business while continuing to receive professional guidance, training, and ongoing support. Each tax return will be carefully reviewed for accuracy and compliance before being submitted to the IRS.
