PERMISSIONS

By entering, you allow Five Star Modeling and Talent to:

• Review your video for judging

• Use clips for educational purposes within Five Star Modeling and Talent's programs

• Post your submission on social media

• Post the video of your minor child to social media (if the applicant is under 18).

• Announce your name and image and/or video should you be the winner

RULES

By entering, you agree to the following rules:

• All submissions must be of the talent themselves or by a parent or legal guardian of a minor. No submitting other person's videos.

• All self tapes in Category One must have been filmed in 2025.

• All self tapes in Category Two must have been created specifically for this contest.

• All self tapes must be labled First_Last_Category_Age.mp4

• All self tapes will be between 60 seconds and 90 seconds long.

• Judges results will be property of Five Star and will be released to the participant only upon request.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

• No nudity, dangerous or harmful depictions.

• Five Star has the complete authority to select winners. All decisions will be final.

• Any attempt to solicit judges to sway their decision is grounds for disqualifacation.

• All submissions will be judged fairly with no discrimination to adhere to fair treamentment of all regardless of race, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, national origin, or other protected characteristics.
