Welcome to the Wilson Residential Properties Application Upload Portal. Please upload all required documents in one submission whenever possible. Submitting documents through multiple emails or text messages may delay processing. Applications will not be reviewed until all required documents are received. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for review once your submission is complete.

Upload last 3 months of complete and readable bank statements. Screenshots must be complete. You may black out account numbers. Please highlight rental payments.
