Mechanical Bull Ride Waiver and Release of Liability

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration for being permitted to use the mechanical bull operated by Jumpers by Jay. I understand that my participation in this activity is voluntary and that I am responsible for my own safety.

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

I understand that riding a mechanical bull is a dangerous and physically demanding activity. I acknowledge that there are inherent risks, dangers, and hazards associated with this activity, which may include, but are not limited to:

• Falls, collisions, and other impacts with the mechanical bull, the surrounding mat, or other objects.

• Sprains, fractures, dislocations, or other injuries to muscles, bones, and joints.

• Head, neck, or spinal injuries, which could result in paralysis or death.

• Cuts, bruises, and abrasions.

• Damage to clothing or personal property.

• Psychological or emotional distress.

I understand that these risks may be caused by my own actions, the actions or inactions of others, or the condition of the mechanical bull and its surrounding area. I also acknowledge that there may be other risks not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time.

2. Physical Condition

I certify that I am in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would make my participation in this activity unsafe. I certify that I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance that could impair my judgment or physical abilities.

3. Release and Waiver of Liability

In consideration for being allowed to participate in this activity, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Jumpers by Jay, its owners, employees, agents, and all other persons or entities acting on its behalf (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, and causes of action of any kind, whether in law or equity, that may arise from my participation in the mechanical bull ride.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all losses, costs, expenses, and damages, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, incurred as a result of any claim or action arising from my participation.

4. Media Release

I grant Jumpers by Jay permission to use any photographs or videos taken of me during my participation in this activity for marketing, promotional, or other business purposes, without further compensation or notice.

I have read this waiver and release of liability, fully understand its terms, and I understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily, and I intend for my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
